Way Up Coaching Services LLC was established in 2020. Its mission is to educate, encourage and empower individuals, families, and community organizations to take local action against poverty.

The vision is to empower communities with knowledge to eliminate generational poverty and build lasting strategies that increase generational wealth.

Owner/Operator
Ginean Mazyck the Owner and Operator of Way UP Coaching Services LLC has 25 years of experience in the Human Services industry with HUD’s housing voucher programs, self- sufficiency programs, and non-profit financial literacy programs. 
During her career, she has served in Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester, and Orangeburg Counties South Carolina by helping citizens achieve financial sustainability through homeownership and obtaining livable wage employment.  By serving communities in this capacity, Ginean witnessed the effects of long-term poverty in local communities and gained extensive knowledge of programs that promote financial sustainability. 
In the past five years, Ginean also witnessed changes in HUD policies, and a decline in social programs that supported financial sustainability. This became a major concern.  Because of these events, Ginean is committed to informing communities about local methods and resources that combat poverty, create financial growth, and ultimately create generational wealth.
